For my 25th birthday this year I wanted a low key celebration with my family at the beach. Thanks to The Picnic Collective it all came together perfectly. Big shoutout to Nadia for always doing an amazing job on our hair (https://www.nadiarosebridalhair.com)
And here we have just a few favorite moments from our wedding reception!
Well here we are a solid 10 months after my wedding and Im realizing I never really shared wedding photos here on my blog. Mainly due to the fact the wedding images kept getting shared online which was so fun to see. I also was featured in a pretty detailed article here: https://stephysbrideguide.com/2018/11/real-bride-alexandra/
But now its time to share some of my own photos with y’all. Ill separate the wedding into two categories. The first look and the reception. We decided to do a party bus with the whole wedding party instead of two separate limos. While thats not the common way to travel we thought it was way more fun. The groom had a blindfold on the whole time so we could still do the first look on location. We did two different locations for photos before the wedding and had two completely separate photographers which means two completely different editing style. This was another usual thing to do for a wedding but its probably the top thing that I’m thankful I splurged on. More photos is always better!!!
We took our original engagement photos in July 2017. When we booked our wedding photographer he gave us a free engagement shoot with our package but unfortunately he lives in Arizona. Meaning we would have to fly him out twice within a few months time. So we ended up just doing a fun photoshoot the day prior to the wedding before we headed off to the rehearsal. While it made for a crazy schedule of a day it was a blast!!!

My wedding is soon approaching and the celebrations are in full swing. This past weekend, Justin and I enjoyed a couple’s shower. The theme was Fiesta and a nonstop blast. Thank you to all the family and friends who joined us and to Jenn (my MOH) for hosting a fabulous party.
My dress is House of Harlow for Revolve!

Although my friend Larisa now lives in Hawaii, we still make time to travel together. I wanted to record this trip with lots of fun photos. I booked THE CUTEST photographer from Utah who was also enjoying a girls trip in New York.

On November 5th, I hosted my very first baby shower. It was fun and easy to plan.
The shower was held on the beautiful patio at the Farmhouse Restaurant in Roger’s Garden. Their floral team created two stunning centerpieces and I added some small decorations for the table… confetti and flower crowns (purchased on Amazon). The favors were Nothing Bunt Cakes tied with blue ribbons and cute little message cards.
I highly recommend the Farmhouse Restaurant for any lunch date or small gathering. The food is exceptional and the staff is fantastic!!!!!

Enjoying our beautiful June engagement party hosted at the home of my parents. Here are a few photos. Unfortunately, we had so much fun we forgot about pictures during the event!
I also wanted to share photos of the gift bags/boxes for the bridal party. The bridesmaids received a teal beach tote filled with fun items, including, an oversized, super soft, palm beach towel from Nordstroms.
For the groomsmen, hand made wood boxes inscribed with the groomsmen names and wedding date. We discovered them on ETSY. Although we had to wait 5 weeks for their arrival, it was so worth it. Inside was a tie clip from Tie Bar and some miniature liquor bottles.
