RILEY’S APPLE FARM

October 27, 2016

Below are photos from when I traveled up to Oak Glen to Riley’s Apple Farm just to make some delicious apple cider 🙂 .

(While there are tons of apple farms up in Oak Glen, make sure to arrive early before the heat and crowds start rolling in)

WINE COUNTRY

October 24, 2016

Searching for a fun place to enjoy lunch with my dear friend Larissa, we stumbled upon two of the prettiest wineries in Temecula. We first enjoyed the grounds and wine tasting at Wilson Creek. We  purchased one of their most popular varieties Almond Champagne.  A few minutes up the road is the Ponte Winery.  Also known as one of the best lunch spots around, we had an amazing charcuterie platter and basil pesto chicken pizza. I highly recommend both these places for a fun afternoon and delicious food!!!

GALWAY, IRELAND

October 14, 2016

My second post is Galway, Ireland where we visited our dear family friend Kayla.   For the past four years, she has been studying Human Rights Law here in Ireland.  Although Kayla is in the process of returning home to Southern California, she took time out to be our tour guide. We enjoyed the Cliffs of Moher from a spectacular view point few tourists ever visit.  We then enjoyed the beautiful campus of her college. I was obsessed with this college…. beautiful vines,  bright flowers and gorgeous buildings.  Must be difficult to focus on studies here.  Such a fun day!  Next up, pictures from Northern Ireland.

Ireland Itinerary

October 2, 2016

Excited to share my photos of Ireland. Well, just the favorites since I have over 1500!  My brother and I recently enjoyed our first international road trip together. We arrived in Dublin and traveled through the countryside to Killarney. If you envision Ireland to be miles upon miles of green pastures and ruins of castles, you would be correct.  Enjoy a few favorites from the first two days and scroll down to the bottom for our itinerary.

PEYTO LAKE

October 2, 2016

I promised you pictures from my Banff trip to Peyto Lake.  Banff National Park is considered part of the Canadian Rockies.  This was ultimately one of the most naturally, beautiful views I have ever seen. Only a short hike to the top but didn’t want to leave.  The background looks unreal and makes the ideal Christmas card.  Hope your enjoyment of the pictures comes close to my love of this destination.  You know I love it when this is my second trip in 5 months, and am anticipating another! It’s a taste of the beauty I anticipate in heaven!
